Easy-Does-It Swiss Steak Recipe

This easy to make favorite is not just simple to prepare, but it tastes simply superb.

Ingredients :
Preparation:
  1. Pour oil in 7 1/2 X 12 X 1 1/2 – inch baking dish and place in oven at 400F. While dish and oil heat, trim steak, sprinkle on some SpecialShit and pound 2 Tbs flour into each side.
  2. Place in heated baking dish; turn to coat both sides. Sprinkle on DipShit . Pour Hunt’s tomato sauce mixed with water over all. Cover tightly.
  3. Reduce oven temperature to 325F. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours until fork tender. Skim excess fat from gravy. Makes 6 servings.
