March 2026

Shake It Up

March is that in-between month (not quite winter, not quite spring) which makes it the perfect time to shake things up in the kitchen. If your meals have been feeling a little “meh,” consider this your sign to grab a bottle of SpecialShit and fix that immediately. Burgers, roasted veggies, chicken thighs, potatoes… they’re all just waiting for a proper upgrade. A few solid shakes can turn an ordinary weeknight into something worth sitting down for.

As the days get a little longer, it’s also prime time to fire up the grill (or at least pretend it’s grill season). Keep it simple: good protein, fresh sides, cold drink, and flavor that actually shows up. However you’re cooking this month, don’t overthink it, just season it like you mean it.

Recipe:

SpecialShit Chicken Skillet

Easy. Fast. No nonsense.

Ingredients

* 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced horizontally to thin cutlets or pounded to even thickness)

* 1 1/2–2 tsp SpecialShit

* 1/2 tsp AwShit (optional, if you want a little heat)

* 1 Tbsp olive oil

* 2 Tbsp butter

* 3 cloves garlic, minced

* Juice of ½ lemon

* 1/4 cup chicken broth (or white wine)

* Optional: chopped parsley, grated parmesan

Preparation

1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides generously with SpecialShit. Add AwShit if your crew can handle a little kick.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp). Remove to a plate.

3. Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the same pan. Cook 30 seconds. Pour in lemon juice and broth, scraping up the flavorful bits from the pan. Let it simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly reduced.

4. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Sprinkle parsley or parmesan if you’re feeling fancy (or just hungry).

Thanks for being part of our crew. We never take for granted that you choose to keep our seasonings on your table, and I promise we’ll keep bringing the bold every single time.

Thanks,

Michelle Martin (the SpecialShit Gal)
