Special Shit Seafood Tarts Recipe

Filo dough cups make this recipe a snap. Use this recipe as a guide and make it unique to your tastes.

Ingredients :
  • 12 Filo dough cups (frozen)
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup creamed corn
  • 3 1/2 oz. flavored tuna
  • 1/2 Tbsp SpecialShit
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried mixed herbs
Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly spray the Filo cups with canola oil (or something similar). Place in a muffin tin and bake for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Dice the bell pepper, and add to a large saucepan along with creamed corn, tuna, herbs, and SpecialShit. Cook until thoroughly heated.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the cups and serve immediately.
Other suggestions: Use ham, celery, spinach, chicken, scallions, etc. Let your creativity lead you. And for an extra kick, add AwShit.
