Grilled Honey-Sriracha Chicken Skewers
We’re keeping it simple, delicious, and downright unforgettable with Grilled Honey-Sriracha Chicken Skewers featuring our very own GoodShit seasoning. Sweet, spicy, and just the right amount of smoky, these skewers are perfect for a family dinner or a weekend hangout.
Ingredients :
- 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp GoodShit
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and GoodShit seasoning.
- Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer if you’ve got the patience).
- Thread the chicken onto skewers and heat the grill to medium-high.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and those charred, caramelized edges make your mouth water.
- Serve with a squeeze of lime and watch them disappear faster than your cousin at cleanup time.
