Grilled ChickenShit Thighs
These savory, moist, delicious chicken thighs are almost too good; we promise you’ll find yourself licking your fingers (and probably your plate)! Pair with your favorite side dishes like grilled vegetables, corn on the cob, or a fresh green salad.
Ingredients :
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp ChickenShit
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)
Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and ChickenShit until well combined.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then brush them generously with the seasoned olive oil mixture on both sides. Make sure to coat each thigh evenly.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper to taste, ensuring they are well seasoned.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the preheated grill, skin side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. While grilling, occasionally baste the chicken thighs with any remaining seasoned olive oil mixture to keep them moist and flavorful.
- Once the chicken thighs are cooked through and have a nice charred exterior, remove them from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
- Let the grilled chicken thighs rest for a few minutes before serving. Squeeze fresh lemon wedges over the top for an extra burst of flavor, if desired.
