ChickenShit Turkey Stuffing

Upgrade your Thanksgiving feast with a mouthwatering turkey stuffing that’s seasoned to perfection using ChickenShit poultry seasoning. The blend of herbs and spices will elevate your stuffing to a whole new level of deliciousness.

Ingredients :
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the dried bread cubes on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and crisp.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, celery, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the ChickenShit seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute to let the flavors blend.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, and chopped parsley.
  • Add the broth gradually, tossing the mixture gently until the bread is moist but not soggy. Adjust broth quantity if necessary.
  • Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes to allow the top to crisp up.
  • Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
Preparation:
  1. Ensure the bread is dried and cubed. You can either leave it out overnight or bake it in the oven at 300°F for about 20 minutes until it’s crisp but not browned. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and celery. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they become soft and translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle the ChickenShit evenly over the sautéed vegetables and stir to combine. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes to release the flavors of the seasoning.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the sautéed vegetable mixture to the dried, cubed bread. Toss to combine, ensuring the seasoning coats the bread evenly.
  5. Pour the chicken or vegetable broth over the bread mixture. Mix until the liquid is absorbed and the stuffing reaches your desired level of moisture. You can add more broth if needed.
  6. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to let the top get crispy and golden.
