Ingredients :
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta (linguine or spaghetti works well)
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp ChickenShit
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of ChickenShit seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, broccoli florets, sliced bell peppers, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, along with the cooked pasta. Sprinkle the remaining ChickenShit seasoning over the mixture and toss everything together until well combined.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta primavera. Toss gently to combine. Serve hot!
