Cheddar & Swiss Fondue

Cheddar & Swiss Fondue feat. SpecialShit

Whether you’re entertaining your best friends or that special someone, fondue is a great option for something a little out-of-the-ordinary. And this recipe features three of the most wonderful things on the planet: cheese, beer, and, you guessed it: SpecialShit.

Ingredients :
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp SpecialShit
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 12 oz. can or bottle of beer (we recommend a brown ale, but it’s up to you)
  • A dash of hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
  • Cubed French bread, veggies, or cubed cooked steak, for dipping
Preparation:
  1. Combine the cheeses, flour, garlic powder, and SpecialShit in a bowl.
  2. Pour beer into fondue pot and slowly bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, about 5 minutes. (If you don’t have a fondue pot, you can use a saucepan)
  3. Gradually stir cheese mixture into the beer, adding small amounts at a time, until the cheese is melted and blended, about 10–15 minutes.
