AwShit Trail Mix
Whether or not you’re hiking on a trail somewhere, you’re gonna want to try this recipe out. Savory, spicy flavors and crunchiness make this trail mix a delicious snack on the go (or not)!
Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2/3 cup cashews
- 1 cup frozen edamame (soy beans)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1 1/4 tsp AwShit
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp crushed chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Instructions:
- Add the sunflower seeds, cashews, edamame, pumpkin seeds, and crushed tortilla chips to a large bowl; mix well to combine. Add oil and spices, mix thoroughly so everything is coated.
- Spread the mixture out on a large baking tray, roast at 375°F for around 20 minutes, or until the nuts are lightly browned. Make sure you stir the mixture regularly to ensure it cooks evenly.
- Allow to cool completely, and store in an air-tight container.
