Grilled Ribeye with Mushrooms
This ribeye is almost too good. It’s buttery, tender, juicy… and with the mushrooms, it makes such a stunning main dish that nobody would believe how easy it is to prepare.
Ingredients :
- 4 ribeye steaks
- BullShit Steak Seasoning
- 8 oz container of button mushrooms, sliced into thirds
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ Tsp SpecialShit
Preparation
- Season both side of Ribeye steaks with BullShit and allow to stand at room temperature for one hour prior to cooking.
- Place on grill and cook to desired doneness (please, no more than medium though)
- Over medium heat in a small saucepan, melt the butter to just a simmer.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook, stirring often until mushrooms are coated and begin to give up their moisture.Cook for roughly 5 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
- Top the steaks with the mushrooms and enjoy! (serves 4)
