Grilled Butternut Squash
Imagine it: it’s the holiday meal you’ve been looking forward to all year. You bring your plastic-wrapped bowl with you to the table and triumphantly unwrap it, only to see that somebody else brought the same green bean casserole that you brought! OH NO! Yeah, nobody wants to live that nightmare. This year, bring something a little different, which is also, conveniently, is easy to make!
Ingredients :
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp Good Shit
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and cut cross-wise into 1/2-inch slices
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the oil and GoodShit. Brush over squash slices.
- Grill squash, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until tender.
