Crispy Cranberry-Brie Phyllo Cups

A festive, pop-in-your-mouth holiday appetizer using SpecialShit for a sweet-savory kick.

 

Ingredients

 

* 24 mini phyllo shells

* 6 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes

* 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)

* 2 tsp SpecialShit

* 2 Tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

* 1 tsp honey (optional, for drizzling)

 

Preparation

 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet.

3. Place a cube of brie into each shell and spoon a small dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.

4. Sprinkle each bite lightly with SpecialShit. Add chopped nuts if using.

5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the shells are lightly crisp.

6. Drizzle with a touch of honey if desired. Serve warm.
